"I really, really wanted to love this ornament..."
I really, really wanted to love this ornament, but wow, it just didn’t feel worth the price at all. From across the room it looks pretty, so I was excited at first, but once I actually picked it up and looked closely, my heart sank a little. The paint had a few uneven spots, and there was already loose glitter floating around in the box like it had been through some kind of craft-store tragedy. Shipping was totally fine, so no complaints there, but the ornament itself felt a bit sloppy and not as well-made as I hoped.

I had a feeling they’d be helpful, and I’m glad I trusted my gut. They got back to me really quickly and had my issue fixed before I knew it.

"Honestly, solid for the price"
I wasn’t expecting anything amazing, but yeah, this ended up being worth the money. The quality is better than I thought it’d be for the price—kind of one of those purchases where you’re like, okay, glad I didn’t overthink it

"My order took way longer to..."
My order took way longer to arrive than I expected, and when it finally showed up, the packaging was completely smashed. I reached out hoping someone would at least acknowledge the issue, but it felt like I was being brushed off. Frustrating experience overall.
